Each year the Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes exhibits the best in residential construction. The showcase, which has made an annual appearance for over 30 years, invites the public to tour new homes, both in person and virtually, for 9 days. The Parade of Homes is a favorite way for Lancaster and Lebanon residents to view the latest trends in residential construction, but the essence of the parade is to offer an inviting and convenient way for perspective homebuilders to view the talents of local professionals. Those who wander along the parade route truly have an advantage when it comes to selecting the best construction professional to partner with once it’s time to break ground on their new home.
